I’m the Co-founder & CEO of Pegasus Senior Living, Chris Hollister. Our Chief Operating Officer, Rich Williams, and I have been innovators in the senior living industry for over 30 years.
In the mid-90s, we were among America’s first senior living operators to open dedicated memory care wings inside assisted living communities. We proactively partnered with the Alzheimer’s Association and other experts to design a radical idea that is now the dominant model in senior living communities.
Together we have grown, refined, and redesigned the idea of memory care. With expert guidance, we now offer a signature service not found anywhere else.
Connections is the signature program for memory care in Pegasus Senior Living communities, rooted in the experience and expertise of our Senior VP of Health and Wellness, Dr. Sandra Petersen. It is an approach that stands on equal parts of science and compassion.
