Barbara R. has been regularly spotted mid-activity at community events since moving into memory care at The Courtyards at Mountain View<\/a> \u2014 but that\u2019s a recent development.<\/p>

Barbara, 75, joined the senior living community last year, later transitioning from assisted living to memory care because of her dementia. When she first became a resident, she was sleeping poorly, feeling anxious, and experiencing a higher risk of falls \u2014 which is not uncommon for those navigating cognitive decline.<\/p>

Dee H. also stays active throughout the day and seems to be in motion whenever there\u2019s something happening.
