They tried sauces with names like \u201cMild and Mellow\u201d and \u201cLord Have Mercy.\u201d<\/p><p>The event, called Senior Saucin\u2019, mixed hot wings with questions from residents. Residents ranked sauces, voted for their favorites, and debated whether blue cheese or ranch was better for cooling down.<\/p><p>\u201cWe didn\u2019t expect hot sauce to get this much attention, but it sure did,\u201d said Alisha Stosic, Executive Director of The Landing at Queensbury. \u201cI don\u2019t think I\u2019ve ever seen that much milk disappear so fast. It was a fun way to try something different and bring people together.\u201d<\/p><p>Photos from Senior Saucin\u2019 made a great talking point on the evening news when it <a href=\"https:\/\/wnyt.com\/capital-region-news\/hot-ones-challenge-held-at-queensbury-senior-home\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">aired on WNYT<\/a>.
