Hi, I’m Whitne,
the Executive Director for Pegasus Landing of Round Rock.
For more than 18 years, I’ve served in senior living through Life Engagement, Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership. Every role has taught me that this work is about preserving dignity and treating every resident with the respect they deserve.
I believe the strongest communities are built through partnership. Our team brings experience, and families bring an understanding of their loved one that only they can provide. I welcome your ideas, traditions, and feedback as we work together to strengthen the resident and family experience.
Outside of work, I share my life with my husband, Jason, our three children, and our two chickens, Grace and Mercy. My faith and my family shape how I lead each day.
My goal is to help build a community where residents find fulfillment, families find reassurance, and team members feel valued in their work. I believe in listening, transparency, and collaboration, and my door is always open for a question, a concern, or simply a story about your loved one.

Our assisted living and memory care community is located just west of the St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center. Residents thrive here, surrounded by a welcoming atmosphere that is ideal for pursuing hobbies and making lifelong friends.
Residents enjoy participating in line dancing, baking clubs, and competitive card games in our spacious lounges. They also spend relaxing afternoons in the library or the on-site salon. We offer engaging activities with added support services tailored to individual needs.
Our community extends an older adult’s independence by providing personalized support with daily activities. We look forward to getting to know you personally and understanding your goals.
