Hi, I'm Joy,
the Executive Director for Pegasus Preserve of Clear Lake.
When I started my journey caring for seniors over 40 years ago in 1978, it didn’t take long for me to realize that this wasn’t just a job or a career path. It is a calling. I truly believe we are called to service in senior living, and I am excited to have joined Pegasus Preserve of Clear Lake.
It is my passion and pleasure to provide the highest quality of service possible to every one of our residents.
Pegasus Preserve of Clear Lake is where you can feel at home. Our independent living community has endless amenities to keep older adults active and engaged. We have an inspiring team passionate about providing our residents with the highest quality service possible. It’s an honor to be a part of this team.
Making seniors feel a part of the community is my favorite thing. I enjoy dancing and having fun with my team. It’s inspiring to work alongside so many other caring team members.

My parents and uncle have lived in this [community] and been very pleased. The staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful. There are a variety of floor plans and prices. They also have a good maintenance department, secure parking, well-lit parking and walkways, numerous laundry rooms, and a reasonable variety of meals served.”
