Greetings! My name is Karen Marin
I am the Executive Director of The Havens at Antelope Valley.
I offer the residents and their families 10 years’ experience working in assisted living in a variety of roles. My career began as a caregiver and then as a med tech in 2011. In 2013, I obtained my nursing license to become a wellness nurse.
After a while, I continued on to become a resident care coordinator and then a health services director. In 2022, I made the change from clinical operations to Executive Director but still remain a nurse at heart!
I enjoy volunteering at my church and local community center in my free time. Helping others is my calling, and I wish to make a difference in any way possible, especially for the residents at The Havens at Antelope Valley.
