Alex Germain-Robin is the new Southeast Regional Director of Operations for Dallas-based Pegasus Senior Living. His start date was September 16.
Alex will oversee the operations and overall efficiency of Pegasus’ Southeast communities with a mix of independent living, assisted living and/or memory care services. In addition, his duties will include ensuring key leadership teams are following Pegasus’ mission of ultimate resident satisfaction and associate engagement to ‘Make Every Day the Best Day Ever.’
Alex is dedicated to exceptional service for both associates and residents and has a strong background in senior living. Alex has been a part of the industry since 2008 in various roles such as Executive Director, Multi-Site Executive Director and Vice President of Operations from national operators. He graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management.
