Monthly Rates (Effective January 2026)
Assisted Living
- Studio apartment rates begin at $4,195 per month.
- One-bedroom apartment rates begin at $7,295 per month.
- A second occupant fee of $940 per month (when applicable.)
Assisted living care is billed using a tiered level-of-care model, determined through a clinical screening
- Level 1: $540 per month
- Level 2: $1,000 per month
- Level 3: $1,985 per month
- Level 4: $2,445 per month
- Level 5: $2,960 per month
Memory Care
- Private studio apartments are $7,795 per month.
- Shared studio apartments are $6,795 per month.
- Memory care services are all-inclusive.
Community Fee
A $3,500 community fee is due at the time of reservation.
Additional Care Costs
For assisted living residents, additional care needs are billed according to the level-of-care tiers listed above. These levels reflect increasing support needs identified through assessment. Memory care pricing is all-inclusive and does not use tiered billing.

Evergreen Place provides a range of services included with residency. These services support daily living needs and ongoing oversight. Services include three nutritious meals per day, snacks and beverages throughout the day, case management, weekly housekeeping and laundry, scheduled transportation, pet care, medication assistance and management, assistance with dressing, bathing, and grooming, transfer assistance, ambulation and escorts, bathroom and incontinence support, ostomy and colostomy care, oxygen assistance, and additional support services.
