Debbie Lesko Staff Visits Seniors for Federal Issues Assistance: Medicare, Social Security, More

Staff members from the office of U.S. Congresswoman Debbie Lesko visited Sun City West Assisted Living on Thursday, November 21 at 13810 W Sandridge Dr. to meet with seniors one-on-one to assist with federal issues, including: social security, IRS and tax issues, medicare, small business concerns, veteran claims, passport and visa issues, military benefits and military academy nominations.

Medicare is one of the issues Debbie Lesko’s staff assisted attendees with. From AARP.org, a study finds that seniors would sooner spend more time shopping for cable TV and internet service than for Medicare plans. 
 
Another article revealed that “more than 50% of seniors enrolling in Medicare during Open Enrollment find choosing the right plan confusing.”
