Pegasus Senior Living Expands Texas Network With New Communities

Pegasus Senior Living continues expanding its presence across Texas with new independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities in Houston, Dallas–Fort Worth, and the Austin–San Marcos corridor. The expansion strengthens Pegasus’ ability to serve residents and families throughout the state while supporting a coordinated network of care options across the Texas Triangle.

Expanding Senior Living Options Across Texas

Texas continues to experience strong population growth, making access to high-quality senior living an increasing priority for families across the state. Pegasus Senior Living’s expansion helps address this demand by strengthening care options in multiple regions while connecting communities through a broader support network.

Founded in 2018, Pegasus Senior Living launched its original portfolio and has grown through long-term partnerships and disciplined operations. As of March 2026, the organization serves 56 communities nationwide, including 25 communities across Texas.

New Communities in Houston, DFW, and Central Texas

In addition to the growth, Pegasus is also unveiling two central thematic brands for Texas communities to differentiate their services. Pegasus Preserve is for select locations that primarily offer independent living. Pegasus Landing will be for several assisted living and memory care communities.
