Pegasus Senior Living Celebrates First Annual Life Enrichment Director Conference

Life Enrichment Directors from across the country gathered in Lake Tahoe this fall for three days of learning, laughing, and line dancing. The 2025 Life Enrichment Director Conference was Pegasus Senior Living’s inaugural event, and the energy made it clear that this would not be the last.

First Annual LED Conference | Pegasus Senior Living
Pegasus Senior Living Life Enrichment Directors came together in Lake Tahoe for the first annual LED Conference — three days of learning, awards, and celebrating the people who make resident engagement extraordinary.

Inspire, Connect, Elevate in Lake Tahoe

Vice President of Engagement Keisha Moore, along with Benjamin Chapman and Melanie Basham, led directors through interactive workshops, breakout sessions for idea-sharing, and presentations from community partners. The agenda balanced learning with plenty of fun as directors tried their hand at Spintopia, enjoyed some spirited line dancing, and left with stronger connections to each other.

Our partners Craft & Communicate, Spintopia, and Go Icon made the event even more impactful with their support and contributions.

Directors headed home with renewed energy and fresh approaches to engaging with residents, families, and one another.
