He has been learning some “chair yoga” in his apartment on rainy days, too!
Ridgmar Place, a Pegasus community in Fort Worth, Texas, has been coming up with some interesting activities to keep their seniors busy during quarantine. Residents are practicing floating meditation therapy classes. Residents relax in the community pool with flotation devices while calming sounds fill the space. Only a few seniors take the meditation class at one time to keep social distancing practices in place. It is the perfect activity to enrich the mind, body, and soul!
