In the Q3 newsletter, we discussed our award-winning communities and certification as a Great Place To Work. We owe a lot of this success to the vision and values of our CEO, Chris Hollister.

Making Connections Across the Country
Connections is our signature memory care program. Pegasus Senior VP of Health and Wellness, Dr. Sandra Petersen, inspired the data-based system for care following her recovery from a stroke over a decade ago.
“We’re very fortunate to have Dr. Sandra Petersen, who’s a physician and noted memory care expert,” says Hollister. “We have the theory of neuroplasticity. If you move, connect, and learn – in that order, you can get people to rebuild neural networks and live. And on some levels improve. That’s a bold claim, but we think it can slow the progression.”
If Connections is not available in your community currently, expect it soon. The success of our memory care program is undeniable, and the need for additional care is now.
Connections will be available in more and more communities during the end of 2022 and into 2023.
